Keiki Yoga is an opportunity for children to go on an adventure while practicing self-healing, flexibility strengthening, increasing self-esteem, enhancing concentration, practicing awareness, helping stress management, and promoting social interactions. Keiki get to explore and experience the benefits through the use of games, storytelling, creativity and art.
