Come work out in a safe space with your baby. This class is limited to a small group, reservations are necessary. Please contact us with the age of your child. Boppy, toys, water and mat are needed.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $5 penalty charge.
