Service Description

ESS PILATES 2 focuses on core, through consistent movements and Pilates breath. Intensity is up to the student, and all levels are welcome with options to adjust and push yourself at a comfortable level. Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
